Despite the enervating ener-vating weather, the Tooele county Ked Cross chapter kept up its activity during dur-ing the week, and work taken out is as follows: Wendover, ten bed shirts; Veruon, eleven pounds of sweater 3'arn; Stockton, Stock-ton, five and one-half pounds of sweater yarn; Gold Hill, twelve' bed shirts and samples. The Rebekah lodge of Ophir presented three pairs of socks.
