Show RAILROAD TO ALTA IS FULLY CLEARED A. O. Jacobson, manager of the Sells and West Toledo properties of Alta, returned re-turned from that camp Tuesday nipht with the report of pronounced activity over the district as a whole. 1 le said that tho narrow Raui;e railroad had now been fully cleared all the way into Alta and that the first engine and car of the season had pulled into the camp Tuesday. Speak inp of the properties with which he is directly connected. Mr. Jacobson said that the Sells was maintaining steady shipments of pood grade ore and that about twenty men were busy at the mine. THe added that the prospecting was being continued by diamond drills on the AVest Toledo with generally satisfactory results, re-sults, although he had no strikes of ore to report here. The camp generally, said Mr. Jacobson. is showing much activity, wit h the Columbus-Rexall, the South Hecla, the South Hecla Extension and the Michlgan-lrtah Michlgan-lrtah among the regular ami dependable shippers. |
