Show CATCHES IDAHO TROUT ID SELLSJDRDIS After covering 1650 miles in his Jordan Sport Marine through the southern part of Idaho, Harry Kaar, service manager for the Mercer & Jordan Sales company, local Jordan distributors, arrived home last week with his face wreathed in smiles of satisfaction, and with reports of a very encouraging business. Kaar states that though he did not form a connection for his firm in every town he visited, he lost on opportunity to demonstrate the Jordan, and that the Sport Marine model created no end of favorable comment, wherever it was shown. v Although much of the trip was over very bad roads, Kaar reports the Jordan Jor-dan to have behaved beautifully, and not to have given one moment's trouble throughout the entire trip. The hustling Jordan service manager also brings back a valuable tip for followers fol-lowers of Jsaak Walton. "If you want real fishing," says Kaar, "fish the south fork of the Boise river. I never saw anything like it in my life. When a fellow fel-low like me, who does not pose as a professional pro-fessional fisherman, can step up to a hole and get six trout in three casts, I claim it's some fishing, and no't one of them weighed under a pound and a half. 1 fished several streams In Idaho, as whenever when-ever I am out in a fishing territory I try to spend a few hours each week whipping the streams, but nowhere did I find such wonderful sport as we had on the south fork ofHhe Boise." |
