Show WARD DEDICATES ITS SERVICE FLAG Forty-six Stars, in Banner; Professor Frank M. Driggs Is the Speaker, Special to "The Tribune. - OGDEN, July 28. The Fourth ward dedicated its service flag, containing forty-six stars, at special services in the ward chapel- this evening. The principal princi-pal address was delivered by Professor Frank M. Driggs, superintendent of the state school for the deaf and the blind. The music was furnished by Miss Mildred Ware and Douglas Brian. The flag was for the following named boys of the ward who have responded to the call: Chester Startford, Eugene Gay, Sylvan Ririe, Hyrum Belnap, Jr.. James H.
