Granning of Highland Boy was scene of a charming wedding at seven o'clock Wednesday, December De-cember 17, when their daughter, Miss Virginia Daine Granning, became the bride of Joseph A. Ortego. Bishop George M. Nix officiated at the ceremony. The rooms were decorated throughout with roses and miniature minia-ture Christmas trees. The bridal party stood in front of the mant-I mant-I le, banked with bridal lilies. White tapers in gold candelebra gave a soft glow. The lovely young bride entered enter-ed the room on the arm of her father. She wore a Molyneaux model of white silver frosted satin sat-in en train. A full length veil of tulle, edged in lace, fell from a 1 1 ci iu 1 1 y til ij. urn. v ui i t(7u a uuu quet of orchids, bridal lilies and sweetheart roses. Miss Eleanor Gay Cushing and Miss Vera Ellen Duhigg were bridesmaids. Miss Gushing chose peach taffeta and Miss Duhigg blue taffeta. The mother of the bride wore a gown of wine chiffon chif-fon velvet with a corsage of roses. ros-es. The matron of honor, Mrs. Paul Stewart, was frocked in blue taffi'ta. The attendants carried car-ried bouquets of roses and sweet peas. ' James Max Whitmore of San Francisco was best man. Paul Stewart of Payson, Irvin Miller of Bingham and Joseph Mersom of San Francisco were ushers. A wedding dinner followed the ceremony. The "V" shaped table was covered with damask linen and centered with a tiered wedding wed-ding cake. The couple will make their home in Bingham.
