Prosser. on Seventeenth South street, J yesterday afternoon. Mrs. Frank H. Fowler, Fow-ler, one of the club members, who will U -a vp soon for l'alo Alto, On., where her husband will teach in Stanford university, uni-versity, was guest of honor, airs. Fowler was presented with a Salt Lake souvenir spoon from the club. The roonii: were decorated in asters and marigolds. Marigolds in a basket formed the cent erpiece. The club colors, purple and gold, were elfeetivcly carried out in the table decorations. Goiden marigolds and purpie asters were combined com-bined in a crystal basket. The pla'-cards pla'-cards were hand painted :n purple and gold blossoms. In addition to the club members, Mrs. J. P. "Walk was a special guest. The wedding of Miss Dorothy Young and Murray Wells Whitney will take place today in the Salt Dake temple. A reception will be given a.t the home of tho bride, L'S6 ICast Third South street. The members of the bridal party are Miss C-olda Hyde, maid of honor; Miss Fulvia Wins, Miss Willia Robbins and Miss Helen Midgley, bridesmaids; Miss Dols Keddtng-ton, Keddtng-ton, flower girl, and Paul "Whitney, best man. Mrs .Tames C. Dick and Mrs. W. H. Cunningham will entertain at a buffet luncheon at the home of their mother, Mrs. John Dern, on East South Temple street, this afternoon.
