OCR Text	Show AMERICAN ADVANCE TERRORIZES PEOPLE OF RHINE TOWNS By Universal Service. LONDON, Sept. 17. The Franco-American Franco-American advance so menacingly close to the German Lorraine border has struck terror among the inhabitants of the Rhine towns, the Geneva correspondent of the Daily Express reports. He adds preliminary pre-liminary preparations are under way for the evacuation of Muelhausen, the Important Impor-tant Alalia n town which figured prominently promi-nently early in the war.
