Show YOUNG HUNTER IS KILLED BY ACCIDENT Special to The Tribune. TOOELE. Feb. 5. William Walker, 16 years of age, met death yesterday afternoon after-noon while hunting on Orme's ranch in the vicinity of Erda. The body was found at 2 o'clock this morning by Jack Mercer and J. W. Libbell, members of a party of twenty men which had been searching for the boy since early the preceding evening. eve-ning. Young Walker, who wa.s the stepson of V. P. Crocheron of Erda. left the house early in the afternoon on a hunting expedition ex-pedition and when he had not returned late in the evening a searching party was organized. It was evident that the bov had shot himself accidentally. He was usin" a shotgun and the charge had torn a lar-e part of the flesh off his right leg between, the thigh and knee and s-vered several, arteries He had evidently died from loss ot blood and exposure. r |
