COMMISSION HALTS BUILDING PERMIT The application of tho Sunset Color works for a permit to remodel a building build-ing in the rear of the National City bank on State street, to accommodate its plant, was referred back yesterday by the city commission to the building inspector. Objection to the issuance of the permit by the owners of adjacent property on the ground that fire hazard would bo increased in-creased in the vicinity by tho presence ' of the plant occasioned reference of tho application to the commission by the building inspector. Tn referring It back, the commission instructed the inspector to hftpiire if the presence of the plant would result in increase of insurance rates on adjacent pioperly, and report back.
