Heffner, La France apartments, is convalescing- at the Craiglieth hospital, Edinburgh, Scotland, from injuries received re-ceived fn action. Private Heffner, who was rejected by the United States army because he was only 3 7 years old, enlisted in the Canadian forces December 13, last. He sailed for France December 2G. Mr. Heffner stated his leg is broken, but he is receiving the best of treatment and expected ex-pected to leave for Salt Lake soon. Sergeant Horace MeCuistion, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. J. MeCuistion of Mon-tvllo. Mon-tvllo. New, lias been wounded in action in France, according to a message received re-ceived by his parents. Sergeant MeCuistion Me-Cuistion received his wounds prior to October Oc-tober 4. lie was a member of the noted Ninety-first division. F.eicher G. DeKorcL. 25 years 6f age. son of Air. and Mrs. J. W. DeFord, 333 North First, West street, is dead In France, a victim of pneumonia, accurtling to word received yesterday by his parents. He enlisted May IS, 1018, and was given Fpeokil training in radio work at Boulder, Colo., before going overseas. lie was a member of E battery, 337th field artillery. I LAKENCE E.
