Show SHOPMEN TO ELECT I OFFICERS TODAY Organization Plans Completed Com-pleted by Railway Crafts at Meeting Here. Organization plans of six local railroads shop .crafts of the Union Pacific1 system were - completed in a general meeting at the Labor temple yesterday. - Today bylaws by-laws and a constitution will be adopted and officers of the federation will be named. . It is expected the convention will conclude its organization meeting by this evening. . The federation organization session got under way at 9 o'clock yesterday morning, morn-ing, with six crafts represented by delegates. dele-gates. These locals, now representing the federation of shop crafts of the Union ! Pacltlc system, are: Machinists, bofler-; bofler-; makers, electrical workers, blacksmiths, i sheet metal workers and carmen;. With , today's election of executives a place for the next annual meeting will be named.
