"Thomas K. Clements writes that he has been over the top a number of times, and up to the time of writing had not been wounded. Prank R. Jordan, who is a member of D battery, 3-ISLh held artillery, which Is a part of the famous Nlnety-ilrst division, divi-sion, writes that he has been promoted to Ursl-eluss private. Joseph UuiTen writes that he is In the hospital, recovering from slight injuries. George Johnson writes to V. K. Johnson John-son that he had just concluded twenty davs of active lighting. |
