Show CLEMENCEAU READY TO MEET DEPUTIES Premier and His Associates Agrree Upon Terms of Their Declaration. Dec-laration. PARIS. Nov. 19. Premier Clemenueau ami his associates in tlie nw rabinet decided de-cided today upon tlie terms of the declaration dec-laration with which they will go before parliament tomorrow. It is described as a straightforward and almost laconic document of about 500 word.?. The parliamentary correspondents of tlie newspapers agree that the new ministry min-istry will receive a vote of confidence by a very large majority after discussion discus-sion of tlie interpellations. Tlie declaration says that the cabinet will prosecute what it calls an "Integral war" that the allies are fighting to establish estab-lish a foundation for the future of the world, which means that the war can end only by a victory of the allies. Treason, Trea-son, the declaration' announces, will be liitllessly suppressed. The delicate question of the censorship is treated boldly and franklv. The political polit-ical censorship will be abolished absolutely abso-lutely and regulations for military nes will be so made as- not to conflict with the liberty of the press. |
