Show AUTO TAXATION IS TO BE INVESTIGATED Special to The Tribune. POCATELLO, Idaho. Jan. CS. R. O-Graham O-Graham of this city, the new assessor of Ba nnock county, who is at present attending at-tending the assessors' conference now being held in Boise, has been appointed on a committee with B. Kennedy of Gooding Good-ing and William A. Kincaid of Ada. to investigate in-vestigate the matter of automobile lax-atton. lax-atton. v They were instructed to confer with a committee of automobile dealers and to co-operate in drai'tine a bill to be presented pre-sented to the togisla ture, asking for a graduated license. The desire of the dealers deal-ers is that after the first seven months of tho year the license should cost one-h3lf the annual fee, and that after the first ten months the license should cost one-fourth one-fourth the annual fee. The committee of assessors also went on record as in favor of a graduated license. |
