A dog that outran a gasoline railroad car is the principal factor in a ?;j0.nnn damage suit started in the district court here today by iciisha Williams against the Southern Pa'iiie company. Mr. Williams, who was formerly for-merly employed by the company as a blo-'k-siqnal maintainer. avers in his complaint com-plaint that he was riding: along the tnu'k on his gasoline car when a vicious dog kept by the railroad's section men at Comas stal ion. New, chased a nd overtook over-took the car. Williams was thrown from the car and suffered injuries which confined con-fined him lo a hospital for three months, according to the complaint.
