A. in this city, but more recently of ' Manila. P. I., is on her way to her old i home in Chicago to spend the holidays, j and will stop to visit briefly with friends ; In Salt Lake before going on to Chicago. ! Since being in the Philippines Mrs. j Brown has built up quite an Industry In j lace and drawn work among the Filipino ' women. She has started ;.i factory where I a large number of the native women make I this sort of stuff, which Is bundled I through the dry goods stores of Chh-ago I and othei large eastern cities of this I country. j
