Show ASKS APPROPRIATION FOR IDAHO PROJECT Special to The Tribune. WASHINGTON, Dec. 6. Senator Borah Bo-rah today offered an amendment to the sundry civil appropriation bill to provide pro-vide $10,000 for surveying 'the Black Canyon irrigation project and for in-ventilating in-ventilating its possibilities as a government govern-ment reclamation enterprise. The omnibus fish hatchery bill, under consideration in the house today, carries car-ries $o0.000 for a hatchery in Idaho, the site to be selected by the secretary of commerce. Kepresentative :Tays says he intends making an early effort to "get favorable action in the house on his bill provid- ing for disposal under a permit system I of the unsold gilsonile lands in Utah.
