Tho purpose of the work will be to secure a standardization of the quality qual-ity of the cheese made iu Idaho. The cheese factory at Buhl adopted the most approved methods in the beginning be-ginning of its work and Mr. Kunze has been working hard to have all factories in the state apply the same methods he is using. It is an accepted fact that at present all Idaho cheese is produced on a much higher basis than is the Wisconsin Wis-consin product, particularly in respect to the acid test.
