OCR Text	Show TURKS ARE TO BE GIVEN A WARNING WASHINGTON. Oct. 5. The Turkish government will be formally notified that unless the massacres of Armenians cease friendly relations between the American people and the people of Turkey will be threatened. Instructions to that effect have gone todav to Embassador Morgenthau at Constantinople for presentation to the foreign office. Officials here made It plain, however, that the message did not threaten a rupture in the diplomatic relations re-lations between the two countries.
