Show SEWER COMPANY MEETS. New Of Tlcers Are Elected for Ensuing Year; Hotel Changes Hand. Special to The Tribune. F RIG HA M CITY, Dec 6. The annual election of the stockholders ln the Tremonton Tre-monton Sewer company was held In the Commercial r.ub rooms in that town during dur-ing tne week and a set of new officers was eiected for the ensuing year. The board of directors elected in as follows: 8. B. WaUand, A. X. Fishburn, W. H. Capwel, Marhew Baer, H. T. Woodward, W. F. Getz and William Thompson. The directors met later and elected the following fol-lowing officers: President, W. H. Cap-' well; vice president, William V. Getz; secretary sec-retary and treasurer, William Thompson. Thomp-son. A change of management of the Shield hotel in Tremonton took place during the ! week when Frederick Rasband of Park i City succeeded E. O. Taylor as manager of the popular hostelry in the Bear River valley. According to reports from Tremonton, Tre-monton, Mr. Rasband was engaged In business in Park City for twenty-five 1 j-ears previous to locating in Tremonton. |
