Three trunks belonging to Miss Jessie Cope, under arrest in Chiengo on a charge of attempting to bribe federal officers in connection with tho Alexander case, were located tonight in tho basement of an apartment house here. One of the trunks contains packages of letters and several papers of legal j aspect, according to the proprietor, Mrs. K. Zuber, who saw them packed J by Miss Cope before she left here in j August.
