LESLIE FRAZER NEW CHRONICLE EDITOR He Wins Over His Only Opponent by a Vote of 124 to 101. Leslie Frazer won tho editorship of the Utah Chronicle in a close election vesterday at the University of Utah. 'The vote stood 12i for I'razor and 101 for Ashworth, his only opponent. The election was held to determine a successor suc-cessor to Clyde Sharp, editor-elect of this year's (Jhronicle, who died suddenly sudden-ly of heart trouble last week. Mr. Frazer 's explanation for the departure is that the new system will be more efficient and will fasten the responsibility of each edition upon a certain few men.
