Adolf 0 Ca-rillo, Ca-rillo, General Carranza 's consular representative repre-sentative here, said today he had received re-ceived a message from Mexico City informing in-forming him that General Baltazar Avi-lez Avi-lez had. taken possession of Ensenada. capital of Lower California, in the name of Villa, and that a force of troops was being sent from there to aid Governor Maytorena in the eamapign against Carranza Car-ranza troops in Sonora. The troops being sent to Sooora, according ac-cording to Carillo's information, are under un-der command of Colonel Tenario and are marching eastward by wav of Mexican. It is understood that three ships belonging be-longing to a Mexican steamship company com-pany have been tendered to Avilez. |
