S Circuit Court of Appeals ST LOUXS Mo Dec 20 An order suspending the temporary injunction Issued against the United Shoe Ma chinerv company in the government suit under the Clayton law was is sued in the United States circuit court of appeals today Tbe order was issued on the promise of the Un ted Shoe Machinery company to ei e $100 000 hond to secure the public against injury as a result of the s ispension of the injunction The order s spending the injunction was issue! after the heai-iuff of argu ments n wh ch attorneys for tbe com panv contended that it was losing thou sands of lollarti through violations of contracts by i anufacturers who lease machines from the United Shoe Ma chinery company The company it was said had B0U00 machines leased to shoe manufacturers, yhe order of suspension will hold until January 25 when the court will hear arguments on a motion to set aside the injunction The injunction, or tbe order suspend ng it do not affect the merits of the anti trust suit, which may not be finally decided for two years.
