Utah, lying within the limits of the northeast quarter of sod ion 2s, township town-ship 1 south, of range east, of Salt Iake meridian, and described as follows, to wit: Beginning at 11 point on the south side 01 an irrica tion ditch, south 105.2 rods, from the northeast corner of afore-sa afore-sa id quarter sect ion. thence along tho south side of a foresaid irriga tion ditch north SSJ degrees, west 34. S rods to the center of a 11 old ditch bank north and south, thence south 27.3 rods to the northwest north-west corner of Thomas Herbert's claim; thence by s:tid claim north SS degrees e? st 31.7 rods to the east bounda rv of above said quartersection 25.6 rods to the , place of beninnina:. containing 5.72 acres, more or less, together with all wh ter stock or rights used in connection therewith. there-with. Also 38 chickens, mostly White Leghorn. Leg-horn. has been set for hearing on Friday, the 12th day of March, A . D. 19)5, at 2 o'clock p. m.. at the county court house, in the court room of said court, in Salt Lake Cite, Salt Lake county, Utah.
