Employees of all railway and steamship steam-ship lines in the world are to be asked today to participate in the celebration December 4, marking the close of the Panama-Pacific exposition. C. L. O. -Mc(Jormi(;k of San fYancinco, vice president of the company and chairman of the public utilities committee of the Panama-Pacific exposition: Ah chairman of the committee on public utilities for the closing day of the celebration, J am asked to see that every employee and patron of every railroad and steamship line in the world, at 12 o'clock, noon, San prancisco time, December 4, reads President Wilson's toast to be proposed pro-posed that hour on the White houso step1, as follows: "The Panama-Pacific international exposition, which in its inception and successful accomplishment gave striking evi'lenf-e of the practical genius and artistic, taste of America, which in its interesting arid unusual exhibits afforded impi -ensivn illustration illustra-tion of the development of the arts of peace, and which, in its motive . and objective, was eloquent of the new spirit which is to unite east and west and make all the world partners in the common enterprises of progress and humanity."
