Monastir was formally surrendered to the Bulgarians Bulga-rians on Monday, according to an Athens dispatch ito the Dally Telegraph. On Sunday Colonel Vassltch, the Serbian commander, informed the Greek consul of Ills intention to surrender the city without with-out fighting, in order to avoid useless bloodshed.
