Show PLAYGROUND SETS DATE ANNUAL PLA On Friday was held the first of a series of pl.rs to be given by the story te!!;r. class. The name of the plav was "Rumpl-stilskin". "Rumpl-stilskin". It was very cleverly staged and presented under the direction of the kl.-r story telling tell-ing class. The cyst included Colleen Robison s queen, Nancy Anderson as the nvdl.T's daufth-ter, daufth-ter, Gwen Stokes as the miller, June Ishimatsu the guard. (and Katherine G u-.- as Rumpl-sJilskin. The program this ye;u' includes more leading parts than any program we have ever put on. Kvery boy and girl who really wants to be in the play may have a part. We are planning to present the play to the parents and friends of the playground 8 p. m.. Friday, August Aug-ust 11, and are inviting everyone to come and see what we have done at playground this summer. The play is about 12 princesses and princes who go out every night and mysteriously dance their shoes into holes. It will in-' in-' elude many clever dances, songs and dialogue. Also on the same night will be given a handicraft exhibit of all the work of the older handicraft class. - |
