Show SANDY COUNTRY IS TO HAVE DRAINAGE Guy A. Hart, assistant of the federal drainage division in charge of experiments experi-ments in Utah, will make a visit to Sandy and vicinity this month to determine what drainage work is necessarv In that section. A letter written to Dr. E. n. Ball, of the extension division of Utah Agricultural college by Walter A. Ma-bey Ma-bey of Sandy, inquiring as to the best methods of draining land, was referred yesterday to Mr. Hart. The government man has wr11 1 en a letter to Mr. Mahey giving him the required information, and as it hns been suggested that much of the land needs drainage, he will later follow this with a personal investigation. So far, no drainage work has been done In that vicinity. |
