Show PLAN TO FORCE THEIR PROGRAMME THROUGH TOLKDO, Ohio, June 17. Confident that the demonstration by insurgent delegates dele-gates at today's session of the triennial convention of the Modern Woodmen of America here was ineffectual in winning any delegates from the administration forces, the regulars planned to force through " their programme tomorrow. Trouble was precipitated at this morn ing's session when Head Consul Talbot announced that the credentials committee would not be ready to report until tomorrow to-morrow and for more tfian two hours pandemonium prevailed. The insurgents objected strenuously to the announced programme and for a time the outbreak threatened to develop into a serious riot. Finally quiet was restored and the convention con-vention adjourned. At a conference of the administration adherents tonight 250 answered to the roll call and pledged their support to the administration. |
