Show CASTELLANE CASE FORMALLY REOPENED I HOME, Feb. 1. Tho suit of Count Bonl dc Castcllane for an annulment of his marrlago with Miss Anna Gould, now the Duchess do Talleyrand, was formallv reopened re-opened today before the Rota tribunal. On January 10 the cardinals composing tho Scgnatura tribunal, or high court of the Roman curia, rejected the appeal of tho Duohcss do Talloyrand from tho verdict ver-dict of tho Rota tribunal, and the case now comes up again as a matter of regular regu-lar procedure. Monslgnor Jo'.in Prior, rector of Boda college Tor Anglo-American affairs, who figured in the. previous trjal, has been appointed chairman of tho Judges. He will conduct the examination. Tho trial Is likely to extend over a long period, owing to the fact that now witnesses must be Interrogated in the United States.
