PEOPLE ASK REMOVAL OF ROAD SUPERVISOR A demand for the removal of Frank Rudy, road supervisor In districts SC and 91, and the appointment In his placo of IT. E. Thomas was made upon the board of county commissioners yesterday In a written petition signed by 130 residents of those districts. Rudy is oharged with beinpr wholly Incompetent In-competent and of showing favoritism In repairing the roads In his districts. The commissioners are invited to Inspect work done under Rudy's direction and to see for thomselves the alleged Imperfections. Thoy charge that Rudy vented personal spites 'by spoiling rather than repairing certain roads. Tho petitioners call attention that at the beginning of the yoar practically all the property owners in those districts recommended tho appointment of H. E. Thomas, but that their recommendation was ignored. They ask for the Immediate Imme-diate romoval of (Rudy and the appointment appoint-ment of Thomas. The petition was referred to tho committee com-mittee on roads and bridges.
