Show Banks Will Be Compelled to Submit to Government Control, Says Represen- tative Bulkely. H WASHINGTON. Oct. 14. Parker Willis, who acted as expert to the house committee during consideration ol' the bill: National Bank Examiner Starek, in charge of bank examinations B in New York, and representatives of the national chamber of commerce, in addition to witnesses already scheduled.
