PUBLIC SATjK OF UINTAH LANDS The United States government will hold an auction sale at Provo, Utah, on October Octo-ber 8, 1912, and therafter, at which there will be offered all the unentered, unsold, unreserved landa In the former Uintah Indian reservation lying north of llno3 drawn an follows. None of the lands south of these lines will be offered for sale, they having been designated for mineral examination. The lands in tho several townships will be Bold on the following dates: In T 1 N, R 1 and 2 E; T 1 N. R 1 W: T 1 6, R 1 W: T 1 N, R 1 w, T 1 and 2 S, R 2 W; and T 1 and 2 S. R 3 W: on Octoobr 8. In T 1, 2 and 3 S. R 4 TT: T 1, 3 and 3 S, R 5 W: and T 3 and S S, R 6 W; on October 9. In T 1, 2 and 3 S, R 7 "W; T 1 N, R 8 W: T I and 2 S, R 8 W; on October Octo-ber 10. In T 1 S, R S W; T 1 N. R J W; and T 1, 2 and 3 S. R 9 W: on October 11; nnd In T 2, 3 and 4 S. R 10 W; on October 12. These lands will be sold for cash at not less than fifty cents per acre, and any person can buy not more than 640 acres, or such amalfer area as will, whea added to the lands bought by him at the publio sale held In 1910, not exceed 640 acres. The lands will bo offered In 320 acres, or north and south half oecjlon tracts except in cscs where homestead entry-men entry-men or the owners of lands patented under un-der the homestatl laws sluill request tho sale of smaller tracts adjacent to lands held by them.
