Show BUSH'S SPECIAL IS DUE ISIII Rumor Has It That Head of Rio Grande Will Be Further Fur-ther Promoted. A special train bearing President B. F. Bush. Vice President B. L, Brown and othor high officials of the Denver & Rio Grando road, probably Including George Gould, will arrive in Salt Lake City some time this forenoon. The train waa ex-pocted ex-pocted last night, but was delayed and the officials decided to remain at Price! last night and to Inspect the neighboring neighbor-ing coal mining properties today before proceeding to Salt Lako City. A. B. Apporson, superintendent of tho Utah line of tho Denver & Rio Grande, wont to meet tho officials yesterday and will return to Salt Lake City with them. There Is a rumor afloat In railroad circles cir-cles to tho effect that Bush is to bo placed at tho head of the Western Pacific, Pa-cific, which will put him In charge of practically tho ontlro Gould system. Nothing authoritative on tho matter was disclosed last night by officials of the Gould roads, however. They say that Mr. Bush Is making an Inspection trip over the new work being done on tho Denver & Rio Grande. |
