II. Glpson, of this town. Tho meeting wag hold at tho Owyhee hotc In Boise and was well attended. Plans for a coming campaign of education along progressive lines wore outlined by the atato, chairman and adopted by the committee. 'Within the next sixty days Mr. Glpson Glp-son will personally visit ovory county in . the atato, strengthening existing organisations organi-sations and prgnnlzluff precinct committees commit-tees where none exists at present. Mr. Gipson announced that the National Progressive Pro-gressive service will send speakers of note to Idaho early In tho spring.
