Prince and Frederick H. Gans'bcrgor. Prico alleges that ho was indueod to part with his 1250 shares of stock in tho Hiawatha iviorcautilo company without consideration on the representations represen-tations of Swcot, who was in control of both companies, that it was necessary to surrender tho stock in order lo facilitate fa-cilitate a denl for the sale of tho Consolidated Con-solidated Fuel company stock. Acting on Sweot s advice, Price alleges that ho surrendered the stock gratia and that the deal for the sale of the Consolidated Con-solidated Fuel company's stock was consummated.
