It Is known rs Flag day and Is universally observed and cele- m hrated by every town, villaso and hamlet n in tile country. Especially impressive H will be the exercises of the KlkR lodge in H honor of the flac which they have made the emblem of their organization. fl The exercises will open in the B. P. O- H B. lodge room on State street promptly at' S: 15 this evening, and will not only OR be for members of the lodge, but for the m general public as well. Special invitations m have been sent to the Grand Army posts and to tho governor and stale officers.
