Show LETTERS ARE ASKED BY MRS. KATHfyYN REARD0N Special to Tho Tribune. OGDEN. Feb. 11. In the probate division di-vision of tho district court, this afternoon, after-noon, Mrs. Kalhryn Reardon, widow of Patrick Reardon, one of the victims of tho disastrous railroad wreck on tho Southern Pacific at Lcmay last month, filed a petition asking that letters of administration ad-ministration upon the estate bo granted to her. Mrs. Reardon says her husband, who was one of the engineers that lost his life In the wreck, left an estate consisting consist-ing of $231 in wages due him by the Soutnern Pacific Railroad company and a sum (5f money, tho amount not mentioned, men-tioned, which the railroad has offered to the widow In full settlement of her claim for darnages. Besides the widow, there are-six children chil-dren named as heirs, all of whom reside at 173 Thirtieth street. |
