NOTICE OF SPECIAL TAX. Notice Is hereby glvon that a special tax for "tho purpose of extending tho sower has been levied and confirmed by ordinances of the City Council, approved November 1,. 1910, and November 22, KtlO, respectively. ' Said special tax Is levied upon the following fol-lowing descrlebd real property in Salt Lake City, to-wit: In lots 1. 2. 8, 4. 7 and S, block 34. plat B, Salt Lake Cliy survey, abutting on both sides of Elm avenue between Fourth South and Fifth South strocjts. In Sewer District No, 1, Salt Lake Cltv. and is due. and- payable In five equal annual an-nual Installments beginning November 22, 1911. Interest at the rate of six per cent per annum on the whole amount of said tax shall be computed from the date of the Approval of the ordinance confirming confirm-ing the levy of said tax, to-wit: November No-vember 22, 1930; and Interest at said rato on the whole amount of said tax unpaid shall be due and payable with each installment. in-stallment.
