Show CLUB NOTES There was an interesting meeting of the Ladies' Reading club at the home of Mrs. R. V. Smith at her apartment apart-ment in the Progress. Monday. The lesson was on "Norwegian Life." Mrs. John Zmk read an interesting- paper on "Rural Life in Sweden." Mrs. E. V. Smith also road a paper on "My freed,'' from Sarah X. Bolton's book by that name, and the paper was greatly great-ly enjoyed. The next meeting will be held with Mrs. T. II. Smith at her home at J .37 Seventh East. There have been 200 invitations issued for the Valentine party to be given bv tho ladies of the Aid society of the 1-irst Methodist church, which" is to be held at the home of Mrs. Frccmnn Mormiigstar, 1277 East South Temple. Wednesday afternoon, February 9, from 2 until t o 'clock. The regular meeting of the Woman's club will meet, this (Tuesday) afternoon after-noon at 2::i0 o'clock with Mrs. Theodore Theo-dore Whiteley at her home on Third avenue. Mrs. A. T. San ford will read an original story and Miss Miriam Love will give .a piano selection. The regular monthly meeting of the Mispah chapter No. S, 0. E. Hand will entertain the membe'rs of her club, tho Opal Card club, at her home on Second East, Thursday afternoon, The regular meeting of Temple B'nai Israel auxiliary society will be held today.
