Representative Representa-tive Mondell today Introduced a bill prescribing pre-scribing punishment for making a false oath or affidavit IWore an csent of the land office in rases arising under the regulations concerning: any public laivl; also a bill providing that in. caso of conflict con-flict between locators under placer laws and mineral lodes on locations heretofore made of land containing- phosphate, the respective claims of the locators ?hall be determined as though the location under either law was valid at the time tho location lo-cation was made.
