HOLDS ANNUAL MEETING At the annual meeting of the stockholders stock-holders of the Utah Consolidated Mining and Milling company, held In this city Tuesday, the following board of- directors was elected to servo for the ensuing year: S. The report of the mine superintendent, covering the year's work, was presented and referred to a committee for Investigation Investi-gation and final report, and other routine business was transacted.
