Utah Notice is hereby givon that at a meeting meet-ing of the directors, held on the 31st day of August. 1908, an assessment of one-fourth one-fourth ($) cent per share was levied on the capital stock of the corporation, pay-ablo pay-ablo on or before the 16th dav of October, Octo-ber, 1908, to Ernest M.
