Chris Oiiarf. one of the original promoters of the Ogden Clay and Sowar Pipe company, but who is now residing at Logan, is a visitor in the city. Mr. Gaurt in endeavor ing to interest the Ci(y Council in a prop osition to install u lighting system to lie owned by the municipality. He said the city of Logan owiik its power plant, knd that the cost of lighting residences and business .places is about one-half of the amount charged here. Ogden, lie said, would roquire a plaut about three times the si;:c of the one at Logan, Lo-gan, which cost $100,000, but ho declared de-clared that it could soon be made to pay for itself from the amount which would be saved. v
