Robertson of Bingham Junction Junc-tion was made dofendent in a fnOOO mal-prartlco mal-prartlco suit, In the Third District court, AVcdnesday, tho plaintiff, being Jane James. , Mrs. James says that she went to Dr. Robertson at his office. February 2G, 1906. and had him remove a cyst rrom her right eye. After removing the cyst, Mrs. James says, the physician applied a certain cer-tain liquid to the upper lid of the oyn. Within n few minutes thereafter, tho plaintiff, odds, she began to suffer Intense pain and agony, and continued to suffer for a period of about twenty-flve days, when Dr. Robertson .Informed her that he rould do nothing for hor and sho came to Salt Lake and entered St. Mark's hospital, where she remained three weeks. It Is then alleged that Mrs. James paid out J-IS 50 at the hospital and has been put to an additional expense of ?100 for another physician since her release from the hospital. In conclusion. It Is alleged that the sight of the eye has been virtually destroyed, de-stroyed, and that Dr. Robertson Is responsible re-sponsible for tlie (rouble.
