Kidder. 3C East First South street, Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock, to decide on definite plans for tho entertainment bf former Senator Fred T. Dubois, during his stay In tho city, he having placed himself at tho disposal of the club from next Saturday noon until Monday night. It was decided that a reception would bo held at the home of Mrs. George. TI. Raybould. 643 South West Temple sfreet. Saturday afternoon, between tho hours of .1 and 5 o'clock. Mrs. Joseph M. Cohen will preside at tho meeting. A reception committee was appointed to make arrangements. ar-rangements. A stringed orchestra will be in attendance and a. musical programme will be rendered. All American men and women In the city aro cordially Invited to attend. Tt waa also decided to give a dancing party St. Patrick's day in Unity hall, and a committee wa3 appointed to make arrangements for U. Mrs. P. E. Connor wai; chosen as the chairman. The card party given recently in the Federation of Labor hall proved to be a gront success financially as well as socially, so-cially, tho receipts bolng 590 and the expenses only 20. Tho net proceeds of the card porly will bo used In the fall campaign. |
