There Is no description of the property In either will or petition. Everything Is left to tho widow, who may dispose of all as she sees fit. Thore is one optional bequest of 55000 each to IiIh sister, nloces and nephew. Tho heirs as set forth In tho petition are: Margaret B. Salisbury, the widow; Stolla J. Salisbury McCornlck, Salt Luke, a daughter; R. Walker Salisbury of Suit Lake, son; Orange J. Snllsburg of Salt Lake, son; Ellen Cash of Borkeley.
