Haywood as secretary-treasurer secretary-treasurer of the Wostern Federation of .Miners by the federation convention today, to-day, although they arc imprisoned in Idaho on the charge of complicity in the murder of former Gov. Randall was read out of I he TJ'nited Mine Workers at Indianapolis two years ago for preferring charges against President John Mitchell and offering to prove, that Mitchell was a traitor.
