This congress will bo international in character, and besides providing for balloon and aeroplane competitions and tests of niany kinds, there will bo a largo exhibit, illustrating tho progress of aerial scienco for over a century, and opportunities will also bo afforded for conducting a largo variety of experiments. ex-periments.
